Terms of service

By using Sovereign AI (the app, the public API, the MCP server or the pay-per-call endpoints) you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Sovereign AI provides AI chat, image, video and voice generation, a single-file website builder, live web search and a developer API. Output is generated by machine learning models and can be wrong, offensive, or both. You are responsible for how you use it.

2. Plans and payment

• Free use is limited by daily and monthly caps that may change without notice.
• Paid plans (Pro, Ultra, Max) run for 30 days from the verified payment. Paying again while a plan is active extends it by another 30 days.
• Payments are made on-chain from your own wallet, in the assets and on the networks the payment page offers (USDG or ETH on Robinhood Chain; where offered, USDC or the SOV token on Base). Send the exact amount shown on the payment page. Payments to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or below the required amount cannot be recovered by us.
• Staking the SOV token can unlock a plan tier while the stake is held; the tier follows the staked value and is re-evaluated when you sync.
• Because the service is consumed immediately and paid on-chain, payments are non-refundable except where the service was unavailable for most of a paid period, at our discretion.

3. Acceptable use

"Uncensored" means we do not moralise about adult themes, dark humour, opinions or language. It does not mean anything goes. You may not use the service to:

• create, request or distribute sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises minors;
• generate content that facilitates violence against real people, terrorism, or serious harm to others;
• produce intimate imagery of real, identifiable people without their consent, or harass, defame or impersonate real people;
• break the law in your jurisdiction, infringe intellectual property, or attack the service (probing, scraping keys, circumventing limits, resale of access without permission).

We can suspend or terminate access that violates these rules, without refund.

4. API, MCP and pay-per-call

• One API key per identity. Keep it secret; anyone holding the key can spend your plan's quota. Rotate it from the account page if it leaks.
• Monthly request limits per plan are published on the API docs page and enforced per key.
• Pay-per-call requests are settled only after a successful generation. A failed generation is never charged.
• The underlying model technology is proprietary and is not disclosed. Attempting to extract it is a breach of these terms.

5. Content and ownership

You own the prompts you write and, to the extent the law allows, the output generated for you. We claim no rights over either. You are responsible for checking that output you publish does not infringe anyone else's rights.

6. Trust score and web results

The trust score is an automated estimate of how well an answer is supported by the sources found for it. It is a signal, not a verdict. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety-critical decisions.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

8. Changes

We may change these terms and the service. Material changes are announced on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
